Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Booking Policies
- Punctuality is paramount, appointments may be canceled after a 20-
minute grace period. - Payment must be settled before treatment commencement.
- Additional guests are not permitted.
- Package deals necessitate full payment before treatments commence, signifying acceptance of non-refundable terms.
- Please contact us at least 2 days prior to reschedule without incurring any charges. *Package deals not included as these are non refundable*
- Failure to provide notice results in a 100% deposit retention by Gigi

Treatment Details
Treatment times, as specified, may encompass consultation and dressing time.
Treatment Expectations
Results may vary due to the unique anatomy of each client, with various factors influencing treatment outcomes.
Prepaid Courses of Treatments
- Full payment is required at the time of booking for all courses.
- Courses are to be completed within 12 months and are deemed non refundable.
- Missed appointments may result in the deduction of treatments.
- Courses are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Price Alteration
We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
Personal Items
Clients are urged to retrieve all personal items before leaving, as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

Cancellation Policy
- A 14-day cooling-off period applies. Attending your first appointment within this period waives your refund rights.
- Package deals are considered non-refundable once payment is made.
Contact us to rearrange your appointment up to 2 days prior and receive a full refund. - If you fail to contact us 2 days prior to rearranging your appointment and are in non-attendance, 100% of the deposit will be retained. *Single booking treatments only – All Packages are non refundable*
Single Treatment Cancellation
- To cancel a single treatment, kindly notify us a minimum of 2 days before the scheduled appointment.
- Notices after this period are subject to the discretion of Gigi Manual Lymphatic Drainage for potential part refund or rescheduling.
Package Deal Caution
In the context of pre and post- operative care, we advise against booking package deals if you have not confirmed or may cancel your surgery date as under no circumstances are package deals refundable, and any missed appointments may result in deductions from your course. This is to ensure flexibility in accommodating changes to your treatment plan based on your surgical schedule and recovery process.
Pre-Operative and Post-Operative Care
Prior to undergoing any surgical procedure, it is imperative to consider your pre-operative care needs. If you are contemplating booking treatments with GIGI Manual Lymphatic Drainage Clinic before or after surgery, we strongly recommend that you consult with your healthcare professional to assess the suitability and timing of such treatments within your overall pre-operative care plan.
Support and Contact
We are happy to support you during the treatment length. However, please note that I am not your surgeon. If you have questions beyond the scope of our treatments or need assistance outside regular hours, I will gladly refer you back to your surgeon. This ensures you receive the best and most accurate guidance for your specific medical enquiries. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
