Indian Head Massage
Involves massage to the parts of the body that are most prone to tension and stress:
The scalp, face, neck, arms, shoulders, upper back are concentrated on.

Indian head massage, releases built-up tension in the head, neck and upper back which helps those that suffer from headaches or migraines.
During the massage the mind is calmed, helping to reduce stress, anxiety and tension, creating a feelings of deep relaxation, improved mood, sleep, & a general sense of tranquillity & well being.
The Treatment includes kneading and probing of the neck and shoulder areas. The scalp is then massaged, using squeezing, tapping, rubbing or prodding motions.
The treatment will include manipulation of facial pressure points to relieve sinus pressure, increase alertness and stimulate circulation. A patient’s ears may then be pressed and tugged, and their hair tousled.
